Our speaker will be Carolyn Gentry, a real estate professional who will guide us through downsizing our homes.

This month we will be experiencing the Brazilian inspired Market Table. The Market Table (think salad bar but very upscale) is a colorful palate of fresh and flavorful foods that are inspired by Brazilian farmlands & recipes that are traditional and natural staples of Southern Brazilian cuisine. It consists of the following:

SEASONAL RECIPES Such as hummus, lentil soup, roasted apple & sweet potato salad, roasted butternut squash, and more

SPECIALTY SALADS Crispy Chickpea Kale Salad, Pear & Arugula Salad, Sesame Black Bean Pasta, Beet Tartare, Quinoa Tabouleh, and more

LEAFY GREENS AND SALADS Fresh greens of the season and classic salads from Romaine and Arugula to Caesar

SALMON Cold-smoked salmon, basil dressing, red onions and capers

BLACK PEPPER CANDIED BACON Oven roasted with brown sugar, black pepper, and red pepper flakes

FOGO FEIJOADA A traditional black bean stew with sausage served over white rice

Coffee, iced tea and soft drinks are included.
