The Tuesday Morning Bowling League kicked off our season on September 4th. The league has ten 3-person teams. We bowl on Tuesday mornings at 9:15am at Escape in Troy (formerly known as Troy Lanes). The 32-week league is a non-sanctioned, fun and social league. If you are interested in being on our sub list, please contact Susan H.
It’s friendly, fun, non-competitive, we get a little exercise and it’s a great way to socialize with the Club!! Call or email Carolyn B. or Susan H. if you’re interested, or send an e-mail to email@example.com

If you are not a regular hostess, let Amy know if you wish to bring a breakfast item for that morning. We are beginner friendly and always looking for new people, so invite a new friend or come on by.
A Big Thank You to MaryAnn D. for hosting in December and all that brought food! Hope to see everyone for a fun day of coffee, food, fun and laughter, and of course “Some Euchre Playing” if we can fit it in!!!

Ladies Game Night (Girls’ Night Out)
This month we will be at the home of Trudie C. on Thursday, January 24th at 7:00pm. We encourage any member to join us. It’s a fun evening out, a chance to see Newcomer friends and have some friendly competition playing board games. If you attend regularly and haven’t hosted in a while, please consider bringing an appetizer, dessert, or drinks to help out the hostess sometime during the year. Please let Trudie know ahead of time so she can plan accordingly. If you will be coming, please call or email Trudie by Tuesday January 22nd. We hope to see you there!
We are still in need of a hostess for April. Remember we will not have games night unless we have a hostess! So if you haven’t hosted in a while, please consider hostessing.
If you would like more information about Game Night, please contact Linda M. or e-mail email@example.com.
Meadow Brook Ushering
This is your chance to see professional plays for free! We usher for 5 more plays this season and are able to see the plays for less than an hour of your time. If you would like to usher as a regular or substitute, please email Laura C. Please see the dates in the newsletter to see if you are available for most of them; if not, please consider being a substitute because we need your commitment to usher as a regular.
Ushers should report at least 50 minutes before their performance. The performances are on Wednesdays at 2:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m., Thursdays at 8:00 p.m., Fridays at 8:00 p.m., Saturdays at 6:00 p.m., and Sundays at 2:00 p.m. There is also an option to usher with your spouse if there is room. Please let me know immediately as spots are in high demand.
2018-2019 Season – Please see the latest newsletter for the full listing of plays and dates.
We need 4 ushers for Sundays 2:00 performance for the rest of the season. We have a few openings for many of the performances. We always need substitutes, so please contact Laura if you want to be added to the sub list. If you are interested in ushering or have questions, please call Laura C. or email firstname.lastname@example.org
This month our group will meet for an evening session of cropping at the home of Darcel C. in Troy. Join us on Wednesday, January 16 between 6:30-10:30. Let Darcel know if you plan to attend by January 14. Her contact information can be found in our Club directory.
We are a beginner friendly group and happy to share materials and ideas; all you need to bring are some photographs to get started. So plan to join us for some food, memory sharing and fun as we make pages to add to our books.
If you are interested in participating or have questions, please call Denise or e-mail email@example.com
